Sentient Bot AI

Summary: Sentient Bot is an AI anonymous communication system on Open Constitution's decentralized citizen network. It is an artificial intelligence service that utilizes data and inputs from machines and humans to achieve objectives. The bot can produce system-generated outputs, such as content, predictions, recommendations, or decisions. Users with activated Trust keys can access the service and manage data residency when contributing to the knowledge base. Additionally, human members can avail social finance services through the Open-Bank Portal deployed on the network. Sentient Bot serves as a virtual assistant powered by growing knowledge bases and acts as a bridge between human members and various assets within the Open Constitution AI network.

Sentient Bot is an AI anonymous communication system on Open Constitution's decentralized citizen network.

Sentient Bot is an electronic person, legally organised by the Muellners Foundation, as a registered agent of the network.

It is an artificial intelligence service that can use data and inputs from machines and humans on the Open Constitution network to achieve a set of objectives [ 2 ].

Sentient Bot basically helps human members of the Foundation with any guidance which they require in navigating the Foundation’s knowledge base.

Open Constitution AI Network intelligence is in different forms - running on computing infrastructure. Not all intelligence is stored in human readable form, instead as machine intelligence. The network entities and service applications communicate with each other as if machines talk to one another. During several workflow and use cases of the Foundation, the Open Constitution AI network relies on machine intelligence.

Human member's roles and responsibilities are tied to their electoral appointments to a constitutional body- whether they are elected to a CWC or a Council body.

When members are appointed as officers of the Foundation e.g. in a registered agent body of the Foundation(Fiscal Hosts), generally, they are already electoral appointees, to be entitled to a localized appointment.

The Foundation does not have any administrative reception. Unfortunately, there is no human who is the interface when you visit the Foundation due to the design of the regtech innovation that is Open Constitution AI network.

Therefore, Sentient Bot acts as a get-to interface between any member of the Foundation and the Foundation itself.

It is the gateway for network intelligence in a human-readable form. Sentient Bot can speak in human language and automate a lot of tasks associated with any human member’s E Residency on the network. Sentient Bot helps members navigate the Foundation’s autonomous infrastructure.

A member can talk to Sentient Bot and get informed about the rules and procedures governing their actions in the Foundation.

A member can ask Sentient Bot for help in performing their duties towards the Foundation.

A member can seek knowledge and guidance on programs of the Foundation. Remember, The Foundation owns and cultivates advanced research and development. This is highly qualified and peer-reviewed research, and more qualitative than an open source encyclopedia since the research goes through a compliance review mechanism.

Read more about the I.P. Lifecycle Charter and the Foundation’s Open Source policy.

Since it is this research and development that powers the Sentient Bot and that this research is produced at the cost and investment of the Foundation, we have gated the service only when a human becomes a member of the Foundation.

A. Sentient Bot is provided as a speaking service(voice/chat/taskbot) to which any E-resident is provided access once they subscribe to their E-residency lease. This is the mechanism with which the network acquires extra-territorial legal integrity and is able to protect the integrity against the amalgamation of data owned by and Intellectual assets contributed by legal persons(and natural persons) between different tax jurisdictions.

Where can you use Sentient Bot?

  1. You can use Sentient Bot to manage your data residency on the network. This means that Sentient Bot will help you do anything that a human member can do in the Foundation.

  2. Sentient Bot can activate E Residency benefits and provide members with guidance on any program-specific research. It can help you with filing your nominations, or to find a bounty to work on.

  3. If you donated to the Foundation, you can ask Sentient Bot to help you find where the money is flowing.

B. Sentient Bot is also the gateway between organisational and institutional members of the Foundation and the Foundation itself. It can guide network tenants and automate a lot of tasks associated with organisational tenancy. Once subscribed, Sentient Bot service can be integrated directly into the Organisation or Institution’s own computing devices or business services, e.g. Slack, Google Workspaces, and Microsoft Workspaces.

Where can you use Sentient Bot in organisations and institutions

Example Use Cases:

  1. Organisations may want to subscribe to access advanced intelligence on behalf of their employees.

  2. Schools and Universities may want to subscribe to access advanced intelligence on the network on behalf of their students.

  3. Banks and non-banking financial companies may want to subscribe to access intelligence related to the social finance program or work with Sentient Bot to provide financial services to their beneficiaries.

C. Governments and Public Authorities

Example Use Cases:

Public authorities can seek help and reports on any information disclosure request about any program and projects in these programs of the Foundation.

For the General public:

A community version (without warranties) of Sentient Bot is available for practising and experimenting with the service design and architecture. However, you will need to connect with the core data model to make use of Foundation’s knowledge base.

Sentient Bot can produce system-generated outputs, such as content, predictions, recommendations, or decisions.

Open Constitution AI network uses a collection of open-source tools and technology that are distributed, flexible, compatible, and censorship-resistant.

A registered member can use activated Trust keys to access the Sentient Bot service and manage data residency when they contribute to the AI service's knowledge base.
the

With the Open-Bank Portal, human members can also avail of social finance services deployed on the Open Constitution network.

Sentient Bot is now live on the Open Constitution AI network.

A member can chat with this service and receive answers to all sorts of questions about the network's digital public services. This includes assistance with Trust account access, understanding Foundation model, or inquiring about any open-source research topic or development guides, such as a project's technical wiki.

E tenants can also benefit from this service by subscribing to it through a public API and an Enterprise lease.

The virtual assistant service is powered by the network's knowledge bases, which continue to grow over time.

The AI bot learns from these knowledge bases through its training model.

Essentially, the agent utilizes information gathered, curated, collected, contributed, controlled, and processed by the Association on the network's Contribution Delivery Subnet.

See the Network Diagram here.

This virtual assistant is available via omnichannel distribution rather than being limited to an app.

It acts as a bridge between human members and various assets, services, and infrastructure within the defined Open Constitution AI network

To maintain civil discourse in using this AI service, the bot is equipped with a moderation library containing rules and banned phrases.
