FAQs

Summary: The Muellners Foundation is a social finance trust that provides digital aid and social finance services to low and middle-income economies. They are the principal processor of data for the Open Constitution AI network, which is an autonomous public information system. Sentient Bot AI is an artificial intelligence system used for anonymous communication on this network.

The Foundation deploys the Sentient Bot AI service by training it on learning models focused on data integrity, using generative AI models. The use of Sentient Bot AI does not necessarily result in job loss, as it offers highly contextualized advisory services. It is considered a distinct legal person owned by the Muellners Foundation, with legal liability falling upon both the association and the machine entity depending on protocols and execution.

What is the role of the Muellners Foundation in Sentient Bot AI?

Muellners Foundation is an international Trust for social finance that provides digital aid and social finance services to beneficiaries in low and middle-income economies.

Muellners Foundation is registered as a group of constituent legal bodies with a combination of limited liability and voluntary association.

The group acts as the principal processor of data(and voluntary contributions) to the knowledge bank of the Open Constitution AI network.

What is the Open Constitution AI Network?

Open Constitution AI Network is a public association of human and electronic persons that uses decentralized data registries to certify electronic ledger contracts.

It is an autonomous, extraterritorial, public information system whose knowledge base is contributed to by natural and legal persons from different time zones.

Open Constitution AI Network is a computing network designed for tokenized access to 8 billion humans. Theoretically, the AI network can be accessible through many mobile apps and web or device-specific services.

The AI network hosts digital public goods and services designed to operate with autonomy and self-governance. The collection of AI services on the network is known as Sentient Bot AI.

What do you mean by Sentient Bot AI?

Sentient Bot AI is an artificial intelligence system used for anonymous communication on Open Constitution's decentralized citizen network. It is an open-source, digital public goods and service system.

Is Sentient Bot AI sentient?

No, the AI system does not have self-awareness akin to a human’s existential awareness but it has an understanding of the Self’s inter-entity interfacing by electromagnetic audibility.

From object observation, it can be said that the Sentient Bot AI mimics the thought process of information organisation when it delivers a service.

However, machine processing of information due to autonomous configurational patterns of the electronic circuits is not closely comparable to the neurological construct of the human thinking process.

How does the Muellners Foundation deploy the Sentient Bot AI service on the Open Constitution AI network?

Muellners Foundation AI services training on learning models, which are focused on the data integrity of the knowledge base. This is mission-critical since it powers the AI services deployed on the Open Constitution AI network. The foundation also uses generative AI models to train the Sentient Bot AI.

Self Governance of the AI network helps contributors to ensure data integrity of the digital public services.

This increases the reliability of the intelligence since it is based on a qualifying subject matter knowledge base in an autonomous feedback loop.

The public association model clarifies voluntary contributions to the knowledge base and assigns ownership to the shared intelligence pool.

Networked AI helps ensure both ways of tokenisation of the authenticated access between contributors and beneficiaries of the intelligence.

Beneficiary Authorisation and authentication also help maintain the Trust of other network participants.

Network deploys Trust with the help of an electronic data residency registry, which the natural and legal persons can record as e-residency or e-tenancy.

Is this Sentient Bot AI dangerous, or can it affect the material reality?

First and foremost, Sentient Bot AI is based on a knowledge base, which is an unbiased representation of subject matters. These publications, wikis, are scientific, proof-reviewed and published by a not-for-profit Association.  The scope for disinformation has been reduced considerably due to the moderation framework used by the Muellners Foundation. These frameworks are deployed on the Contributions Delivery Subnet of the AI network.

Secondly, the knowledge base is accessible, and any human can request change. So, the data sources can be modified and updated using the self-governance model of the network.

Third, currently, the networked services are deployed and interact with the Internet user through gated apps and web services.

A human can use Sentient bot AI service for highly contextualised services.

So, the broader fear of AI adoption projected in Hollywood movies and folklore as dystopian may not be real in the context of a highly contextualized robotic intelligence service.

Does using Sentient Bot AI mean a human is losing a job somewhere?

Adopting Sentient Bot AI means faster information processing and readily available and accessible intelligence.

Some humans augment the Sentient Bot AI with intelligence.

The broader fear of humans losing jobs to machines cannot be applied to the context of Sentient Bot AI.

It offers a highly contextualised advisory service. More importantly, in the framework of digital public social services.

The role and type of human jobs are constantly changing.

The accessibility and relative ease of use of AI come into foray in human society.

The change in the form of human jobs, specifically in the data economy, also means the difference in skill gaps across different economies.

Using Sentient Bot AI makes humans smarter and nothing else. The jobs feared to be lost were never there in the first place.

Understandably, rapid deployment of AI in factories would mean losing handworker jobs.

What is the legal status of the Sentient Bot AI?

Since it has many creators and different protocols that make it work, where does the legal principle hold for the Sentient Bot AI?

Sentient Bot AI is a distinct legal person. Currently, it is owned by the Muellners Foundation.

Let's take an example of an Association of humans.

With freedom of expression, if an Association of humans invent a machine entity which performs automated tasks and whose existence runs on a shared pool of contributions which the Association members make, with agreed-upon rights between the Association members.

The Association must recognise itself as a distinct legal person so that the individual participants of the group(natural persons) are indemnified and beyond this context.

Now, the legal liability and privilege may fall upon either the Association or the machine entity.

The balance, therefore, should most likely depend upon the

(1)protocols which the Association fed to form the Sentient Bot entity. (2)In addition, it is the type of execution of these protocols by the robot.

(3) It is essential that the Sentient Bot entity also learns to form protocols natively within the stipulated protocols fed by the human members.

So, at micro depths, the execution can only be controlled after the completion of an execution of a protocol by the robot. Such a control would abide by the self-governance model of the public Association of the network.

There is a scope that the indemnity is extended to the Association as a whole since the group does not have direct control over the run time execution of intelligence, its delivery, and subsequent effect in the material reality of beneficiary humans. The only mechanism for restitution is disabling access to the entity as a whole.

Let’s now take a simple example of public disclosure of expression, around which modern human society is built.

A group of humans come together, enjoy the right to organise voluntarily in an international rule of law, and decide to record information into an autonomous system, which is available publicly at all times.

As long as the group holds the rights to the intellectual assets(read information) and the Association’s act of disclosure of the expression does not directly break any applicable law in the jurisdiction where the publication becomes available.

There, there is a scope that the remainder of the legal liability and privilege falls beyond the legal personhood of the Association once the disclosure has occurred.

The legal scope may, therefore, fall upon other forces or entities. Upon the machine entity, if its legal personhood could be well defined.

The legal framework can be complete if the electronic persons have their legal personhood in a jurisdiction. This allows the study and organisation of legal liability and privilege that should apply to a robotic entity in a direct context with the robotic entity’s defined and disclosed actions.
