How do I access Open Constitution's Atlassian Workspace applications?
Scenario
I want to access Open Constitution Workspace applications from Atlassian like Confluence, Jira, Atlas, Bitbucket for my project activities.
Remember that your membership has been accorded appropriate privileges basis Foundation’s Identity Governance guidelines.
Solution
A. For citizens;
Open Constitution uses Google Workspace as an IDP(Identity Provider) across many Open Constitution digital tools and services, including Atlassian cloud site.
If you have access to your Foundation Google Workspace account (It generally looks like this name@muellners.org or memberid@muellners.org), you can always use this to sign into almost any of the Atlassian Workspaces.
IMPORTANT: For security reasons, the password to your Google Workspace Identity cannot be self reset. If you have forgotten your password, please raise a support ticket.
B1. For subscribers;
If you are a subscriber to the Open Constitution network, you can login with a verified email, from a third party mailing services to any of the Atlassian resources.
As a subscriber, you may have guest privileges. You can gain more privileges by Self Identifying and becoming a full member.
B2. For subscribers, who are affiliated with an Open Constitution partner organisation;
If you are a subscriber to the Open Constitution network, and affiliated to an organisation in the Open Constitution partner directory, you can also login to Foundation’s Atlassian workspace applications, using the email service from the partner organisation, provided that the partner has set up a domain name verification with Foundation’s Atlassian Workspace.
Depending on the partner to whom a subscriber is affiliated, you may have suitable privileges in the Atlassian Workspace applications. You can gain more privileges by Self Identifying and becoming a full member of the Open Constitution.
If you are savvy with your smart phone, you may also download relevant Atlassian powered mobile applications, listed alongside Atlassian applications on the Citizen Resources Directory.
