How do I access Foundation's Microsoft Office 365 Workspace applications?

Example Scenarios

I am an electoral appointee to a constitutional body of the Foundation.

Case 1: I have lost access to Foundation provided Microsoft Workspace account. How do I regain access?

Case 2: I do not have access to Foundation’s Microsoft Workspace, or I had access but something went wrong. What do I do?

Solution

Open Constitution uses Google Workspace as an IDP(Identity Provider) across many Open Constitution digital tools and services.

Access Office 365 apps on the below Web URLs:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/

Sign into Microsoft Office 365 cloud apps using your membership account

When you register for a citizenship, you receive an email containing the Sign in instructions to your Google Workspace Account. Your membership account generally looks like this yourname@muellners.org or memberid@muellners.org.

You can use this to login into Office 365 apps. The Office 365 application licenses are currently assigned only to electoral appointees of the Foundation.

IMPORTANT: For security reasons, the password to your Google Workspace Identity cannot be self reset. If you have forgotten your password, please raise a support ticket.

If you are savvy with your smart phone, you may also download any of the relevant Office 365 applications, listed on the Citizen Resources Directory.
